If it hasn't got an external decompressor that you have to push before starting then I'm guessing yes. Best thing give Andy at Skydragons a call, he'll know.

Sounds like the decompression hole is blocked up with carbon.

There is a small drilling that links the barrel to the exhaust port to allow gas to bypass when pulling the engine over. These periodically block with carbon which makes it almost impossible to start. I believe this is why the later engines had an external decompressor fitted.

To clean it you need to pass a small stiff wire through it or a small drill bit. I think you can get to it if you just remove the exhaust and the piston is at the bottom of it's stroke. Failing that the head will need to be removed.

Its a good job that wing of yours is nice and slow...I saw you in the distance and had time to get changed, load the car, drive to the field, set up, launch and catch you up before you got to Lickey!

1 min in is paragliding at St Hilaire in the Alps. It was the Coupe Icare flying festival mid September. A brilliant place to go and fly.

So who was it this year I saw flying and spiralling over the stone circle at Glastonbury festval. Was 9.30 Sat night. The police helicopter soon came over then they disappeared.

Hi Rich, Caroline said she saw you over Bgrove. I was out at the drag racing all day and didn't get back till 8 so missed the opportunity. Nick is still firmly fixed to the ground for a few weeks till his leg gets better.

I left home at 6 to drive to the takeoff in Glos. Took off at 8ish and caught the bore just past Newnham. It was all filmed with a helmet mounted GoPro HD, awesome little camera that you can mount pretty much anywere.

Are you using the same SD card that you've always used?

When I brought my HD version I tried 3 different cards before I could get one that would work with it. Mainly down to me being a cheapskate and buying poor quality Chinese made Transcend cards!

No I kept well away from the thing. Sometimes a bit hard to keep your head still filming whilst watching out for heli's
