  1. Simon - I assume the kit transfer includes paramotor and wing; does it also include a bag of other stuff (helmet, tools, headache etc)? I have a holdall with all my poorly sorted paraphernalia and will need to look at hold baggage if you are only moving the motor and wing (or packing it properly if there is a bag size limit) - also what is the plan for fuel? I have a plastic 5 ltr can I normally use - could that also go on the transport (empty obvs)?

    Happy Hols,

Dickie - Just booked onto the same flights

  3. Simon - Just had a quick look. Seem to go for about £106 from LHR but Monarch have a seat-sale from Luton coming at £57 but costs a fortune to park and is probably quite a bit further for most to get to - you probably have a better idea of where we are living though, so can pick the most convenient departure

  4. may getting ahead of myself, but is there a plan to coordinate which flight we all arrive on? maybe an option to meet at Membury then car pool to LHR (or whichever airport is best) - could save a few quid on petrol/parking and will ease the transfer at the other end.

  5. Is there any way we could add PPG airfields to the map? Ideally, it would have contact details for the PPR and any other restrictions - if only as the start of a conversation. The RAF 'Red-Book' (En-route supplement) or the various guides available to PPL pilots seems to something our community is lacking - I am sure that this has been thought of and there are good reasons for its absence but I wonder if the various clubs could post their locations, as a starter for 10?
