The ONLY difference between B8HS and B8HS-10 is that the latter has been accurately pre-gapped to 1.0mm which is way too big for the 210. You can re-gap it though. Anywhere from 0.4 to 0.6 is good.
A larger gap retards the timing slightly for extra safety.
Smaller gap gives a bit more performance at the risk of detonation.

This article will explain the lever height setting on the WH8 carb which is independent of which motor you use it on.

Note that the Moster uses a different carb.
The WG8 has no High mixture adjustment screw.
Instead, it has a High Jet.
These are used on most small engines up to approx 130cc.
The bigger engines typically use the WB32 or WB27 which has a High mixture adjusting screw.
