Hi All
We are at present a small group of Paramotor pilots (4 at present) and fly from Sherington just outside Newport Pagnell near Milton Keynes - We are close to aquiring another site in Hartwell Northamptonshire.
The club is in its early stage as it has only been active since July 25th.
Most of us so far are also current Paraglider Pilots 3 of which including myself are members of the Dunstable Paragliding Club so we have close ties with all in the DHPC Paramotoring club.
Our goal is simple - to have fun, go on cross country trips and visit other flying sites and clubs. We are happy for interested non flyers or those looking at getting into the sport to come down and watch or ask our pilots questions but we do notoffer instruction - if you need training please contact Simon who runs this forum and is himself an instructor.
We meet when its flyable and use texts, emails and mobiles to co-ordinate our activaties.
Flying costs either £5 per day or £100 per year for unlimited use of the field - this is payable to either Myself (Mark Furber) or Phil at Phil CYcles in Newport Pagnell high street.
For more information text or call me on: 0791 225 3946
or email me at Mark.furber@netcallidus.com
Thanks

Hi Again Everybody....More Techie questions..
I have a brand new electric start but it either loks cogs or doesnt start the engine.
My engine usually starts fisrt time with the pull start after suitable priming, worst case 3-5 times.
But whether warm or cold the starter motor seems to spin the prop ok, but doesnt even sound like its going to fire...you can litrally run down the battery whether primed or not!!!!
Any ideas...? before i remove the bloody thing and stick to the rigmaroll of pull starting then getting hooked on in.

To be honest if " I Have a Go" its likly to look more like a Tuba than an ehaust and zap the remaining power... I really want a plug and play type of unit.

Hi Everybody
I have an Adventure F3 and currently weigh in at a Fat! 105KG's, although i am 6,3. I fly with an Ozone Electron wing Extra Large and with a slight slope have been getting airborne ok. However climb rate is slow and i am dreading my first flat take off.
In addition I am just about to purchase a Reflex 2 wing - which i understand will require more thrust / speed for take off.
My question is it it possible (Relatively cheaply) to increase the thrust from the Solo 210 engine? Either by engine mods or prop
Any help would be appreciated
Cheers

Hi Steve
I live in Hartwell Northampton and am looking to join a local club - do you guys fly from the other side of Selcy forest? I have my own site in Sherington milton keynes and am a member of Dunstable Paragliding club where there is a growing number of Paramotor pilots but their field is a long way for me to travel...
Any information would be usefull....

If anybody has a large F3 harness i would be very interested!!!
New Reflex 2 Paramotor Wing For Sale

This wing was bought brand new by a friend 3 years ago when he bought his Paramotor. However he never did get trained and so never flew the machine and placed the unused wing in his loft after only getting it out of its sack to look at then again around 2 weeks ago for photos to be taken. It is an immaculate blue and yellow Reflex 2 paramotor wing, the purchase price was £2400 however he is realistic and is looking for around £900
First to see will buy and anybody in the know will testify that this wing is both Fast and safe being Mk2 in Mike Campbell Jones designs.
Size is Large and the paperwork says 80 - 160 KG's so a huge weight range.
