  1. when i contacted them before getting mine, they said they had problems with the first design...

they told me they will put them in production when they were ready.

later the improved version was available which does look totally different came out and that’s the one i got...

  2. can you please advise on trim settings for nil wind launches?

haven’t messed up a launch for ages but today i managed it with the first ever go with the hybrid..

it came up clean and effortless but seemed to hang back all the way until my feet were  just off the ground and it stalled on me,..

I have one, its brilliant. Its definitely the easiest wing I have used for launching, I use it in nil & light wind, its not the fastest wing around, but for an easy comfy ride its great, very stable & you can chuck it around & it self stabilises better than any wing I have flown, due to exposed ribs at back of the wing. Great for free flying also

'hybrid' is used in a lot of different contexts, I understand the apco hybrid means a merge of single & double skins, which is a 1st I believe. The vista is a great wing, but not a 'hybrid' in the same context of this wing. I hope apco develop a faster reflex wing with this same design.  Glad the vista is working well for you!

The last Vitto Ti exhaust was junk :( I sold 'one' to a customer in 2018 who insisted on the Factory version, It has now been replaced thrice. (in a year or so)

They make amazing engines but man... those exhausts!!

I just don't get why the issues... there are thousands of higher performance 2 stroke engines out there without bushings that need replacing every 5 mins (OK not a mega drama to do, but why!!!) A friend has a 35 year old Yamaha RD500 which still has the original exhaust system and gaskets! (never removed as no need to)

The Moster community seem to have been brainwashed to think its OK to have to change a gasket every 50 hours (actually it's way less in reality) Imagine if you had any other engine, even a lawn mower... that needed this, would you but it???

    SW :D

they need to get someone else to make them..!

I’ve got bikes with ti exhausts with no problems ...

I'm still confused. You asked Skymax about vittorazzi making a new versions of the Vitto Ti exhaust, and Skymax said Vitto has a new version under test?

    no no..

i asked skymax about their exhaust..

the one discussed above as an option..

i know vitto doesn’t offer theirs anymore but saw pics of a ti version which is supposed to be available at some point...

Well they have had one in the past, botched it (apparently their idea of life cycle testing is less than 30 hours, as so many failed at that age), might possibly be making another run at it. Even if they are, and it happens within a year, I predict they'l charge a lot for it. The skymax is a current product and not too pricey. But more than I'm willing to gamble w/o user experience.

    isn’t vittorazi releasing a Ti exhaust soon.?A8DEC662-2F18-4E6D-A184-724599C3C2EB.jpeg.7411cc5d718065bf53695a0195dcd1fd.jpeg

  7. Hi Guys..

did my research on the sirocco 2 but still undecided..

is it worth changing my 24 sirocco to 24 sirocco 2..?

will stay with same size since i’m heavy and my engine is already working hard..

i’m tempted by the 2d steering and shark nose but would be interested to know what pilots who had the sirocco and swapped to sc2 have to say..!

    thanks for any info...!

  8. Hi guys..

any info regarding the differences between the two dudek powerseat harnesses?

the new one is 3kg lighter apparently so if it’s just as comfortable as my older one,i’m thinking of swapping..!

    thanks for any info..!

  9. I wouldn't agree with all that you said but wouldn't disagree either since size of wing plays a big role in performance and certification.

also another thing to consider which has nothing to do with performance or safety is ease of handling on takeoff.

new design PPG wings are very easy to launch in B certification which is very important to PPG pilots compared to PG wings which can be very finicky to launch.
