A couple of questions. Is this wing better suited for a beginner compared to lets say the Synthesis? What are the main differences between this wing and the Synthesis?

I am the one from the DTC Titanic. She is taking on water rapidly now. I don't know how much longer I can hold my breath.

When I ultimately get round to buying a wing, I was wondering whether colour is a factor worth considering. For example, do the brighter coloured ones absorb more uv, do they also attract insects. Are there any other factors to think about?
