James243
Does anyone have advice on how to repair a 1cm round hole in a fuel tank?
Guest
The only way to ensure 100% that it wont leak when done, it plastic welding it, and a cote of fuel resistant resin on the inside. If its the standard 'go-cart' type tank, it would be cheeper to replace. If its a Parajet Macro, I have a couple of tanks. SW
James243
It's a 13 litre tank that came with my Vitorazzi fly Evo 100. It's difficult to find a plastic welder here in NZ who is confident to do it.
custom-vince
I would replace to be sure and then look at repairing the other as a spare, could even send it off to be repaired.
