an_imperial_affliction
Due to my financial situation and the situation with paramotoring in my country (read as very expensive) I've decided to homebuild my first paramotor! I'm interested in the Skybolt frame and mounting the Eggmotor engine, with an Acro harness. At this stage I'm just trying to plan it out on a safe and proper manner before I start construction. Does anybody have any feedback on my plan thus far? The main reasons I've chosen the Skybolt and Eggmotor are 1; The materials/parts are very easily available and affordable, 2; They are good value for money and have a reasonably solid track record, and 3; I believe that they should be within my range of capabilities regarding construction (e.g. no welding). Thanks.
