dantheman
Guys, very early days on the weather front for 1st & 2nd Mar but the long range (read unreliable) forecast is about as bad as it gets, however the good news is that it can only get better , by about Monday/Tuesday we should have a better idea, in the meantime pack waterproofs. As we head towards the end of February, so the old saying "In like a lion, out like a lamb" comes into play. Some unsettled weather on the cards for next week with the risk (albeit low) of some very stormy weather across the North during the latter part of next week. A little too far away to put any detail or confidence in just yet, however when I was taking a look at the pressure charts earlier today the Atlantic did seem more like a lion than a lamb... not just a lion, but one who has had his wisdom teeth extracted and received a gas bill on the same day. dantheman
It's starting to firm up now, both days are still looking awful but Saturday will be the most likely to yield a window if the forecast wind drops about 6mph.
dantheman
Saturday is still looking too windy but there is also a window of oppertunity on Sunday (as Simons BBC man has mentioned) but it really is just a window between fronts so wait for the wind to drop during the day... dantheman
Double post DOH anyway will mention that during both days, it should stay dry during the hours of daylight, which is nice.
