morgy
Two of our Mac Fly 250's have come in and have been sold already, One Very happy customer has taken his away the Other will be collecting this weekend ready for the break in the weather we will be getting on sunday.. "Fingers Crossed" I am Very happy with the quality of the construction and welding of the frame, Ive not found a bad weld anywhere! The all up weight of the machine with Water ready too fly came in at a tad over 32kg making this around 3-5kg lighter than other Polini 250's i've flown. Add that too the 85-95kg of thrust "Depending on the prop used" this is one serious bit of Kit for the Heavy, Tandem, or Slalom pilots.. alan_k
Wow, looks very well put together Mark. Not seen spring loaded netting before. Thrust of 85-95kg is some serious sh1t Is the small header tank mounted on anti-vibration mounts? Cheers, Alan
morgy
The Mount for the Expansion tank is on Rubber mounts yes Alan... We are both unable too hold down full throttle while on the ground, and she is still running a bit rich while running in..
Hann__
Is the pitch of the prop user-adjustable?
morgy
The Prop supplied is an E-Prop NGD 1.3 "ground Adjustable" The Pitch is set too 11 degree but there is some movement 0.5 degree each way.. So not totally adjustable... If you grind out the location lugs on the Hub it can be adjusted More..
