george1966
Hi, I am thinking of getting my 3 section cage powder coated, which will involve removing all the strings. I have asked parajet for a price to supply me with the lines they use and 40 meters including delivery is £75.00 does anybody know what else I could use instead and in black. thanks in advance. PatPux
I think I would look at using something like this. Not sure it is exactly this but Scout paramotors use A .35mm Dyneema netting http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/500M-100LB-Su ... 258395d9d7 Or this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/4-Strands-500 ... 2a356a3581 Edited March 18, 2014 by Guest

PatPux
Cheers pat, ive looked at black fishing line but its only 0.44 of a mm . The second one I added is 1mm. Scout paramotors stuff is only .35mm and even that would be way over in terms of tensile strength. Just think of all that lost air friction. Dariuszk24
george1966 dynema is excellent its very thin and allot less drag in the air then standard "drying washing line",and 5x stronger then standard I use that for my grass trimmer http://www.titansport.co.uk/strings/index.htm

george1966
After much searching I have found 200 mts of black 1.3mm tennis racket string. Hopefully when it arrives its what I hope it to be. Then I have the task of re-doing 3 sections of cage, there is going to be some sore fingers.
PatPux
I think that should do nicely. I think I have tracked the exact stuff down to this, it is 1.25mm thick http://www.sweatband.com/ashaway-supern ... -reel.html But that seems unnecessarily expensive and what you have coming should be fine.
