Curiosity
Pretty much never. Downloaded a QR reading app as a novelty then deleted it again a week later. I was reading the other day about how QR is doomed as none (?) of the smartphone manufacturers include them as standard and how it will be leapfrogged by near-field technology. My brother has all his contact details in a QR code printed on the back of his business card. This is a great idea as it makes entering someones details into outlook (or whatever) so much easier. However, I don't think it has/will catch on.
norbertflyer
I use a qr code on my business card to save giving them all away and to save people time. In 12 months I've seen it scanned 20 times but only ever had one returned afterwards. Of the 20 scans, I reckon 17 had to download qr reading software. Early days..... Richard. Guest
Thanks for the feedback guys. I am getting some t-shirts made for the NEC show and have decided to include a QR code on the sleeves mainly because it looks quite cool on the shirt SW
