Guest
I wanted the Minari mate, I wanted, electric and pull start, I also wanted the 12v out as the motor is for my quad (read) 'future expedition', It's also a great spare motor for the school. thyslouw
I have the Menari , PXP frame , electric and pull start 6 deg helix prop , just awsome 130 hours + lots of power the 180 deg config is nice , low centre of gravity , 4 of us in Cape Town with Menari , I think it is more reliable than Moster if I compare with other pilots flying Mosters , The Menari use the same piston than the Moster . cockrell
Simon, the only thing I'd watch for on the minari, is the 2 bolts that hold on the red carb adapter, throw some locktite on them as buddy of mine didn't and the bolts sucked in to the cylinder and ruined head, piston, reeds, and cylinder jug. But that aside starts first pull and for me at 200lbs at 6100ft plenty of power
Farmer_Dave
Pleased with mine Simon. Can be a bit hard to pull start on your back if left for a month or more but once run it's ok for in air re starts and all. Not quite as much power as the mighty Simmo 200 and a bit thirstier but 5 kgs less is nice
