Microavionics Headset - Customer service

Reaffirmed my faith in buying a Microavionics headset today. I sent it back for repair as some of the heatshrink had split. It is over a year old and they said it would be about £30 to repair. Got them back today with a note saying no charge as they are too new to have split. Great service. And a great product!
