mdr2000 Posted January 24, 2013 Share Posted January 24, 2013 Has anyone heard of the alternative national championships (the SHATS) that's taking place in or around the same time as the nationals at Hull Aero Club? From what I hear its more a fun based less serious kind of championship weekend. Sounds interesting for someone quite new like myself to be able to be involved maybe... Anyone any info? Mike.... outkast Posted January 27, 2013 Share Posted January 27, 2013 The Shats is an alternative competition organised and competed by a group of pilots without the red tape and regulation of the Nats. This is a non-serious and light hearted comp with fun tasks on the field, where spectators can enjoy the action as well as the pilots. This summer.
