davidreckitt
means the motor has to lie at an angle on its back - about 40 degr from hoizontal. Its a parajet with the fuel cap nicely situated at the centre top. However should there be fuel in the tank and in the motor - is that a bad way to keep the motor overnight? can it flood the engine? Its the only way it fits into my T5 fulley set up. Only my lazy arse..but if you expect to fly 2 days in a row.. I can hoist it up further with strapping is necessary Thanks for any help
Michaelt
Hi, Id suggest you hanging it up with if possible the fuel tank below, .. in the case of pipes, can't really suggest anything. Do you have a fuel shut off valve on the pipes? should stop half of it?
Steve
I used to carry my Volution like that all the time, never had any problems but didn't usually have a very full fuel tank. I assume you have the Warlbro carb (no float bowl). I always tied it down though, my biggest worry was something knocking into the prop. stuartasutherland
I would lay might down harness first in my car for days on end with a half tank of fuel no bother. Carb sits higher than the tank like that anyway.
