During the evening, rain will tend to spread across Wales and Western parts of England. Temps similar to Saturday with lighter winds generally. Monday - A cool NW flow across the UK with widespread showers, these turning progressively wintry during the day especially over hills in northern Britain. The showers should merge to give longer spells of precipitation in places towards the North and West. The conditions remaining similar for much of the day, but with the heaviest of the showers towards the North and west with the best of the brightness towards the SE. Temps around 4c in Scotland, up to 8c in the far SE of England, but feeling colder in the a breezy NW wind and temps dropping sharply in any showers.
