Do aviation gps systems show restricted air space? Is there any units that do this and are "affordable"? Raising $8000 for the paramotor is enough :D:lol: ........... :x so much money!

Buy a normal gps and a map... I used a map and compass for 2 years never got lost

PLUS being new to the sport you won't be doing massive XC's anyway

I'm with Morgy. When I was learning I thought a gucci moving map would be the way to go, but most of these are expensive or have poor battery life or or hashed up from a PDA. I'm actually happier with a paper map & GPS, flying slowly at 1000 feet gives you a pretty good view & makes mapmreading really easy.

Airbox is the one you want.

It will show and warn you of airspace.

You can now get an app for the Iphone and Ipad.

This is what was used on the Flight for Heroes that we have just successfully finished
