morgy
Personally i think buy the time you pay for all the egg components and made the frame etc you might as well buy a second hand 175, V3,or V4... But if your doing it for the challenge on rainy days go for it....

miniwing2
Yea you are right morgy. this thought was triggerd off whilst trawling the net for parts for mine should it go wrong £700 for a for bladed prop,a high price for to pay for a bad landing then the solo engine parts another K if the crank went and took everythink with it.i was thinking from the low maintanance costs because when ordering parts you can say its for a generator not a f---p ------g aeroplane .and could be used for running the tele on holidays, and maybe catch the odd rabbit should it be daft enough to walk into the prop
