I have seen some videos of the area and the launch sites that they have created and it looks incredible. Drop me a line or give me a call and I will find out some more. However, this year they are changing the rulesthis year for licensed pilots. (aimed at light aircraft). However, there are foreigners flying there. send me a pm and I will send you the details of someone who may be able to fix it for you.
