alan_k
The weight is certainly good, just over 4 kg. What would be the disadvantages of such a small propeller - 32 inch? Cheers, Alan
pete_b
The weight is certainly good, just over 4 kg.What would be the disadvantages of such a small propeller - 32 inch? Cheers, Alan No where near enough thrust to take off
paramotormike
I would think a reduction ratio of some kind would have to be fitted, and its more power than a top 80 which is 15hp. Also, I have a feeling it might be a real rev-veee engine, with not a lot of torque? Mike
alan_k
Might be interesting to see the torque/power curve?

paramotormike
might be interesting to see what exactly its designed for... I think its for large model airplanes. (wow must be big). They do an even bigger model, but its too deep. (4 cylinders) Not even 6kg in weight. http://www.dle-engines.com/dleg0222.html Mike

morgy
Hi had a little exp with models DA is a much better engine IMO try the 150 or 170. Not sure if you would get a big enough prop on it to give you enough thrust.... And yes they can be very large over 100 inch+ wing span
