bholleran
I am just wondering if there are any alternatives to a tiny tach. It would be nice if you get get something with a exhaust gas reader and or a cylinder head reader and tach combined. Any ideas? My last tiny tach has recently given up and I always found it a little on the big side. Thanks
aquatix
I use the Brauniger IQ Motor which has rpm & CHT plus all the usual vario functions for free flying on one screen (plus it stores all the peak values in the flight recorder). Gives all the information you need on one simple unit that just stays on the same flight deck which I use for both. Tried a few other units but mounting them in clear sight was an issue and they all fell to pieces over time.
