timm9227
Hi , Can anybody tell me where I can purchase the plastic inserts that go in the 4mm triangular maillons that attach the risers to the main paraglider lines? One of mine seems to have gone awol. Thanks Tim
padeakin
Those plastics inserts are a nuisance, if you ground handle with the risers they fall out, now I just remove them all and put a bit of tape on the delta maillons. You can get them here: http://parashop.co.uk/paramotorparaglidinghardware.htm
irm750
My Paramania Revolution uses small rubber "o" rings to hold the lines in place. Never had a problem with them falling off and cheap/easy to get hold of from local plumbers merchants or DIY shops. Detail here from 1 minute 28 secs - [youtubevideo] [/youtubevideo]Best regards, Ian.
aquatix
The Revo 2 uses the plastic inserts. Never had a problem with them falling off and they look neater, but I think I prefer the 'O' rings on my other glider as it makes it easier to quickly check the maillons are screwed tight before each flight. timm9227
Like the "o" ring style but seeing as I only need to replace the one at the moment it looks like I'll opt for another plastic insert. Thanks for the replies. Tim
