Warmed it up and gently put on the power then left it to tick over but noticed the revs would slightly climb just to the point where the prop just wanted to make a slow revolution (centrifugal clutch). Backed of the idle screw and revs dropped but there was still a slight rise in revs 20 secs or so later. Renewed the diapragms last year and was fine. Any ideas please. Thanks.
