fatigue research.

Recommended Posts

Does anyone who went on the visit to RAF Lyneham a couple of years ago remember what they said about fatigue?

I'm sure that one of the safety officers said that the research they'd done showed that someone who had been working for 8 hours was impaired by the same amount as someone who had recently got up (i.e. not tired) and drunk 2 pints of beer.

Certainly worth thinking about next time you've slept badly and decide to go for a sunset fly :-)

I work full time for South Western and part time for SERCO health who have the out of hours GP contract so don't have much work hours left to give (working time directive) but will be changing primary employment this year ie full time for out of hours so may be looking to work other areas just to keep options open.

Are great W short of para,s?
