mariusp
A little late, but maybe it will help someone sometime... I changed a propeller once and wanted to compare static thrust with the previous one. I just took a usual scale that we all use to weigh ourselves, and with the paramotor on my back i put it on a wall somewhere at my chest level and press against it with my hands. Then, a friend applied gradually full power and after several mesurements with both propellers i could jumped to the required conclusion... Is not a very accurate method but it can give you some comparison information. Be carreful not to smash your face on the wall or on the scale. The thottle sould be applied gradually and as soon as you feel uncomfortable let the guy next to you know it.
