pete_b
Stolen Equipment I know it's a lame excuse, but having been assured by an Army officer that he had strapped all the equipment down properly we were made aware by other motorists that 'some stuff' had fallen off the roof. We assume it came to rest on the A465, Abergavenny turn off below The Blorenge on the West/East carriageway. Having rushed back to retrieve it we noticed a large white van pulling away on the opposite carriageway, no doubt having scooped up the paraglider bag. Obviously the incident has been reported to the police. It's just possible that some or all of it may turn up for sale around the South East Wales area, eBay etc, so please be on the look out for: Advance Alpha 4 serial no 47833, size 28, colour blue and gold. As new. Risers are marked no 33. Supair Alti X air bag harness, red/black, marked JSHPC SA3 M, no 28. The harness was fitted with a Charly Cloud 2 reserve serial no 20009417. Charly insider helmet, large metallic blue, marked no 15. Icom pro radio, serial no 1228825. If you do hear anything about this gear or see it advertised any where, please contact: Paul Farley CFI Joint Services Paragliding Centre, Crickhowell, Powys, NP8 1TE 01873 810386 Mob 07624 313945
