Farmer_Dave
You've obviously put some work into this Norman. It strikes a note with us down here re. climbing out with as little annoyance (noise) to people on the ground as possible. It's something we've taken into our flight briefings more and more of late. One thing we have found to work well is a crosswind climbout, rather than straight into wind and usually preferable to downwind. It spreads the noise across more people though but often better than letting one recipient cop a prolonged dose. Dave
Norman3
Quiet agree Dave, the difference between keeping and losing a site can be how determined members are to run a disciplined noise abatement policy. Every village seems to have a Mr Angry.
