jcphoto
My Brauniger IQ basis altimeter has just stopped working on the A1 meter and is reading '0u' instead of the altitude. It just stopped functioning yesterday when I was up for a quick 45min flight. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it curable or broken? The instrument is now 10 years old so perhaps I need a new one! Any comments or advice on what to try/buy next? John Coutts, Shetland. jcphoto
Thanks Gaz and Norman, My alti-vario has gone completely 'wonky' now and is behaving erratically. Even the Germans won't be able to help! It looks like a new instrument is required. Flytec 6005 or 6010/ Digifly Flyer2 or Newton? John PS I am new to this forum and realise I have posted in the wrong section. won't do it again.
