jock Posted January 26, 2010 Share Posted January 26, 2010 paramotormike and norbert flyer had a ball at powick,me i done a haft mile flight yes the gx200 got off the ground to the dizzy height of 80 feet,had to land as i coulnt climb above the power lines.need more rpm or fit the gx390 engine.. jock Posted January 26, 2010 Author Share Posted January 26, 2010 yes i think u need to be a lightweight pilot 75= 80kg im 92kg..ppg 28kg then reserve plus 6 lit/of fuel, i was using my tandum wing,got of the ground okay but just woulnt climb i know ive lost some rpm but even so i dont think that makes a difference..i shall fit the gx 390 engine as getting 30hp with mild mods would be easy.one chap is flying a trike with the 390 with no mods and climbing okay. i will try the tilly carb and see what i can do to get more rpm in the mean time ,paramotormike has some vid of me he will post later,,,,i would say that anyone thinking of a gx to fit the gx390 and make it as light as they can,i havent given up on the gx200 need to tinker some more ,,lovely day 2day/// Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
