tommcb6016
Cool ! I've been trying to play one for ages! I can play all the bits of the song it's the putting it all together that gets me! Tom
ArcusFlyer
From a non musician thats effin' brilliant. But how do they still manage to make it sound like theyve plucked the string when really they've just pushed it with a finger. Assume they have to turn the gain up on the amp big time but wud be interesting to understand this.
Guest
Loads of Volume. I can show you a very simplified version of this if your at a fly-in or similar, but nothing like as good not even close, not even in the same ballpark!. PS... I have just started to learn this tune, playing the guitar in the normal manor. Give me a year or two and I should be able to play the first bit. Guest
It's called a 'hammer on' basically if you tap the string hard enough you get a note. Can also be done on an acoustic. It helps if the guitar has a good action though. Joe
