irm750
WHAT AN AMAZING FLIGHT!!!! One of those flights that I have been planning in my head over the last few months finally came to fruition and lived up to all expectations! Bright sunshine and a nice laminar easterly blowing onto and slightly along the shore. Flew east from the turf farm on the Romney Marsh out to the coast at 500 feet, then chased a Dymchurch Light Railway steam train NE. Climbed to 1000 feet before heading over Port Lympne zoo on the downs to see the giraffes, buffalo and several other deer types that were a bit small to distinguish, before flying over Folkestone race track and my old house and then turning back to retrace my track back to the van. And the motor performed perfectly. Nice! Would gladly share the site with anyone who wants to join me. Best regards, Ian.

irm750
Certainly does make some of the challenges seem trivial and very worth while! Took video of the whole flight with my head cam. Will try to work out how to get still pics off of it then post some on here. Best regards, Ian.
