Farmer_Dave
YOU felt silly. I went 10 miles away to fly with my motor one day. No wing in the van !
irm750
I was tempted, boy was I tempted to go up without it.........................finally said no!! Mike I know that flat top is powerful, but tell me you weren't tempted to try and fly without your wing!!! Good decision Mike. It would have probably been totally fine to fly without a helmet, but the fact that you were concerned would have distracted you from the job in hand. There are always future flying opportunities. Best regards, Ian.
Malcs
its the cage for me, twice i've forgotten that now, might be tempted without a helmet but not without a cage!
mike1714
Knowing my luck if I flew without it, that would of been the one time I needed the helmet if something went pear shaped!! Mike
