The man's got skillz flipping to reverse while foot dragging. I don't think there's *any* wind. With that level of wing loading you simply have to come in hot and bleed it off or fetch the splints. The flags are deceptive and there is'nt as much wind as it seems but there is not a lot of room for error on a canopy that small. Good fun if you get it right though!
