Flying in the winter.

I was just interested to know....

How many of us intend to fly all year round?

I find that most of my best flights have been in the cold winter mornings over the mist, then the inversion...

I know loads put there kit away for the winter, but I am still very much in flying mode for 12 months of the year.

You??

SW :D

Yes, all year round when the weather is on and not on a working day, as is usually the case. And now the dark nights are here well you know the rest.

Can't even groundhandle locally as the fields are a mess :(

Anyway l cheer myself up with DVD's and looking forward to the new one coming out :D:D:wink:

Note to self - after last winter's wing repair bill remember not to ground handle on a field with the sharp flints frozen to the ground!

Otherwise I'll be flying whenever I can and now that I've just made myself redundant it might be a bit more often than it was :?
