Farmer_Dave
Just back from one of those great flights that you dont forget in a hurry, out across Dartmoor where the Sherlock Holmes detective story," The Hound of the Baskervilles was set". 44 miles, 1 hr 35 mins on 6 litres of gas and 225 lb farmer boy smiling all the way. 26.5 m Atis 2 kept up with the Revo boys again. We landed and my 185 lb mate flew my set-up. He couldn't use all the power so he just messed about between idle and half throttle and guess what. He landed after 20 mins with one of those stupid smiles describing it as "outrageous". I'm going to get a 160 mini 4 in the next shipment or keep some smaller wings. Flew it with my old wing for first time too. Didn't feel right at full power. Too steep. Should've used it Saturday night. Fly safe Dave
Dragonphotographic
The Genie was almost at 90 degrees by the time you hit half throttle Dave. I thought you had decided to go ballistic Simon was the best. As he took off with the FT and hit the throttle he looked like a fly on the windscreen! Glad you enjoyed the flight. Magic evening all round I think
