Ros 125 reductor help

Decided to send an email direclty to Marc Motors in Italia.

This is the response i got

Hello

you need a gig with 2 shaft go inside the hole of the clutch bell and
block it

then opposite side with a compass wrench put the small shaft inside the
small hole and demounting the pinion

do attention how the seal are mounted before remove

put 35 cc of oil

it is too small diameter for grinder tool. Since the gear is turning left it must be tightened clockwise with the resistance of the bigger gear ( i think). I will try to fabricate a 4 pin tool and if that doesn't work i will try and unscrew from the clutch bell with a bigger tool. If that doesn't work then i might just go at it with a pipe wrench and buy another pinion gear lol

Was able to get it appart using two appropriate sized spring pins and a adjustable wrench. the cause of the faillure was probably the one who has taken it appart last time, the seal wasn't installed properly. Seems like the bearings had exploded  causing damage to the casing which hasn't been taken care of before installing the seals and new bearings
