The cost might make your toes curl at first but it needn't necessarily break the bank. That looks such great fun. I'm really interested to understand from where they launched (sorry if poor terminology) and landed. I was under the impression that airspace was pretty restricted around the UK, particularly over towns. It's what put me off before (well, that and the weather). I have so many questions. Its not super complex but its easy to mess it up if you are not mindful of where you are and what you are doing. I guess there are two rules in the sport that you cannot afford to mess with: 1) Airspace law (BIG trouble if you do) 2) The law of gravity Besides the air law and weather considerations, Its a "reasonably" relaxed and simple form of aviation. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
