Running in after rebuild - Ros125

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

Jlust looking for peoples experience on running in a motor after a top end rebuild, the manufacturer states running in at a varied throttle below 4K rpm for 30 litres of go juice, I have heard of other motors having a lot less running in time procedure, thoughts please.

Probably not far off the mark , my top 80 had a fair amount of fuel through it before the compression settled down .after half hour of varied run time and rpm i went for a launch . And boated around for the first couple of flights . The above is assuming your carb doesn’t go lean on you . Hope this helped .

cas .
