Eddie
Hi, I'm sorting out my finances, and am looking to take up income protection/critical illness cover. Some insurers do provide policies, but only if I am a member of a recognised professional body.. For paragliding, I am a (lapsed) member of the BHPA so no problem there, but for paramotoring, although I am a member of this site, is the paramotor club recognised with insurers - i'n not talking just 3rd party insurance here. Thanks. Eddie
AndyB
Isn't critical illness cover protection from not being able to work? So if you work as a Paramotor instructor then I would assume you have an instructor qualification with BHPA or APPI and are a registered instructor with them. admin (Simon W)
Try these guys http://www.flyingcover.co.uk/ I have life and critical illness with them as do many of our students. No need for BHPA membership. SW
