I think we're 400 ft apart vertically. But I still think this could totally be avoided, consider a similar crash from Helicopter downwash it could've been a similar story.

While enjoying an evening Paramotor flight, I got in a close encounter with Helicopter and eventually it's flying above me! As I'm turning away, the Helicopter keeps turn right into me. Fortunately, nothing had happen but the could also be a different story. Is there anything you think I could have done better?
