Good evening Cas, I’ll take you’re advice, hopefully for me its also just a case of re-aligning the grooves, I guess this is a fairly common occurrence on paramotors. Even though its under warranty it’s a good opportunity to learn how to tension the belt, Many thanks!

I also have an issue with either the belt or pulley on my new Vittorazi Moster 185 engine. My Moster has done just over 1.5hrs, as in Rick’s case. I haven’t flown my Maverick yet just used run through my first 5lt of 2-stroke. I’ve checked the belt with an Easy Tension frequency app which is within range at: 446.9 Hz I’ve but a straight edge across the pulleys and they are in alignment. I’m going to take the belt off an re-tension using - 4.5kg weigh, hopefully that will do the trick. if anyone else has experienced this issue I would be interested in how they fixed it.
