Tornado 280 paramotor engine from Air Conception

Does anyone know if the engine will be available by itself without the Paramotor frame? I'd like to put it on another unit. -
I know I'm late to the party, but why would you need a helmet just to kite a wing? These are new students learning to kite and ground handle. Rest assured that Dell puts a helmet on everyone that straps on a motor.
