  1. Hello Paul, yes I remember. The cam was fine, recon we should tie the cam up in the lines next time. Dave had a meet with the field owner today so we should know by the end of the week. I never thought that there where so many paramotor pilots around the area. getting quite a response on people wanting to join. Craig.
  2. Just to say that we are not a school in any way.
  3. Hello Paul, yes your right Bloxam is a seperate site and not part of the Solden site. sorry for the wrong information. Did we meet a couple of weeks ago at the back of Banbury in the air. we are just sorting out the field for the new year, will let you know. Craig
  4. we have a web site but you will need to type http://www.soldenhil.org or soldenhill paramotor club on face book. Failing all of the above craigcutler@btconnect.com Yes its the same hill Paul uses. We are just renewing the site membership so will let you know how much the dreded membership is. So long as your qualified, new members are more than welcome. Bloxam is a site but not part of Solden hill, You would need to talk to them if you wish to fly there. Craig
  5. soldenhill.org paramotor club in Byfield.
  6. Me 79 kg Motor 23kg Fuel 5kg no reserve yet!!! Reo 26. 6KG Try to inflate the wing and apply full power all in one motion. The prop wash will help inflate the wing bringing the wing up fast. Run like stink and apply a little dab on the breaks at point of no return, Up you go. You will land fast in nil wind on a rev so bleed the speed before the flaire. Or cheat and get your Alpha 3 free flying wing.
  7. Hello Tom, half of the group that fly from byfield also fly from Bloxam on smithies fields. Hello Joe, Im in eydon not too far away. We will be flying when ever the weather is good. The site takes 360 wind. cost £5 for the up keep or £50 for the year. Hello tim, by all means come up on site and pick the brains. Sorry i didn't get back sooner. Craig.
  8. Hello tom, we have a site in Byfield. A new club 12 in all
  9. some people talking sense. It s good to see a forum with somthing positive to say. I've had a gut fall on some other forums which have indeed questioned my want to fly. well done on maintaining a positive approach and giving me reason to wait out for better weather and oppertunities.
  10. Fortunatly I managed to get a couple of fligths in this week, unfortunatly to avoid the common problem of catching aids (aviation inflicted divorce) I shall be taking the other half out. hope it all goes well and the weather stays kind. What time is does it start!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  11. That got every ones attention. Im to used to flying on free sites or a £5 to the farmer. Good luck this weekend.
  12. £60 seems alot. or am I just being a tight. I like the fact of being able to fly alot of locations and not be restricted. At that amount I would be obliged to go to that sight for most of the year.
