hi I watched with fascination and amazement the everest expedition and this sport looks like the perfect antidote to my heavy work schedule. Does anyone know how I can organise some training/where there maybe sites near me, I am based in north east london and somewhere in Essex, hertfordshore or north/east London would be perfect any advice/ideas gratefully rec'd rgds
