  1. "repetition and repetition and more = practice = learning. flying is like life always learning. novice or expert"
  2. no savvey at all . a spanner. and murphys law.
  3. a friend use to sell these to the public.yes they where sold in uk.
  4. ok fine. where abouts is your part of the uk ;0)
  5. hmm is this normal for a paraglider to loose lines while flying? quote " I was flying a 2 liner Icepeak 6 glider and lost 2 of 3 A lines on left wing ". does it say in the wing manual that you may loose a few riser lines? while flying?
  6. if you havent flown the wing yet?? how do you know youll like it? why didnt you have a demo first?
  7. hi i have a led fuel gauge and have used for a number of years.
  8. hi i have checked the 23m revo2 wing 70-160 medium. the 26m large. revo2 is 80-185. and then the 20m small 60-120. as i dont know the facts... have you had a demo on the 23m and 26m that way you yourself can decide whats best for you! your gonna fly it you're using it.your life is at stake. have u had a demo? on the wing? if not try it out both of them. as long as you're in the weight for the wings then try both then decide. your money your life. your enjoyment ;0) or learn the hard way!
  9. adamjedgar u mention that u have a" have a high hang point no weight shift unit." then u mention u have a ".it doesn't turn well, however for low hang point harness i need to shorten brakes" which harness hang point would you need advise on = one or both? risers connected to the brakes and tips = 2d risers. have you asked the dealers for advice on this type of wing? the wing depending on age may need to be checked out... if u mess about with the brake risers and tstips youll f.. up the aoa = brakes and 2d risers= aoa. think about taking the wing to the loft or? get wing checked over. a very quick assessment
  10. h, i have just checked on u-tube there is some flights with the Zorro wing and in a foreign language. but you can translate or send the pilots a pm message.
  11. hmm, a strong warning to all.. Murphy's law is a popular adage that states that "things will go wrong in any given situation, if you give them a chance," or more commonly, "whatever can go wrong, will go wrong."
  12. hi anyb, nice. was it a paramotor holiday? or did you pick up the paramotor and wing in spain.. for which they hire out? i wish i had the dosh ... iam skint ;0| still saving for the 2018 paramotor parafest event ...
  13. hi kran, tx for explaining .you know best. then try it out and see. time will tell . at first when i read your comment .and that you were still training. your instructor knows best... hence my comment. sorry agian..what ever your decision. it will be your decision. fly safe. we may meet at the 2018 parafest event wales ;0)
  14. guy, according to the type of wing that you have. a wing with more then a arch .will swing. more so according to the power.and wind speed. a pilot can minimize the swing. adjustments as needed. this swing effect. its not something that recently happening. I've mentioned this in my videos more then once. .goes in one ear out the other. the wing manufactures know about this.. and they will explain in there own way..? i dont work for any wing manufacturer. if and when I am interested in buying another wing. then they work for me.not vicer verser. if any pilot has problems with any wing the manufacturers will not like this! and my reply is iam glad ... then they should of got it right in the first place. as they keep saying they have there own experts testing the wings out. and simple things like the brake magnets not being strong enough to hold onto the riser block. simple thing like this but there experts didnt notice? and what else have they not noticed? geez iam no expert i notice things that are not right.. then i will say so.iam not here to please the wing sales man or the makers ever. if its a good wing then ill say so.if its a crap wing ill say so.
  15. hi kran as mentioned by yourself. your in training? so while training have you asked your instructor? to use the finger type toggle? and what is hes reply?
  16. hi sorry iam late. have you a brand new spark plug? .that you can use? if so first check that it sparks.on your moster and thor. i thought you already had a spark any way? if you get a spark then proceed to the carb.as i have mentioned. quote lee reply " just checked well I ordered a new coil from Sussex paramotors. great service by the way". lee reply " fitted it I now have a spark but still wont start" tonyparamotor reply check the coil it may be faulty!!! see if it will fit the moster? or get it checked out? check the earth wire? on the coil?... if i remember 1/no spark.2/ brought new coil from sussex. it sparks.3/ all of a sudden it dont spark and done further tests. moster and polini. double check coil and earth? may be faulty or ask morgan to send another coil because of hes good service so you can check. its not another faulty coil. ( murphys law)
  17. hi. i know a pilot. same weight as you.. he flys a paramotor and because he's big. he uses a tandem wing.and hes harness i think he had made for him..he did have xl which was too small. and for the engine a bit more power a evo engine. because your big the wing will be big too.and its just practice and practice.youll be fitter because your using different muscles ... and while training there will be good days and there will be bad days.. but there's light at the end of the tunnel = your solo flight a dream that came true ;0) the pilot that i know is rob = gentle giant with very good humour
  18. if the motor still wont start then double check cleaning the carb and gaskets. sometimes other people try cleaning the carb and they mess about with new gaskets and while fitting them they dont put the gaskets in the correct sequence. check for any holes?in gaskets.
  19. crafty 1 , first up ask the dealer or manufacturer. if the wing and type swings? then ask is there anything a pilot can do to minimise the swing? double check the brake line toggles too.for length. and while flying check. look up at the riser lines modulate the trims each time look for a bow in the line leading up to the wing.while adjusting the trims the aoa will change as the bow in the riser line will change hence. look and check. .if any brake adjustments made .and that goes for the wing tip line. 2/d steering. or single brake toggle riser like
  20. just clean the carb. check fuel filters. better still. when first starting and using the prime bulb after a few pulls. take the spark plug out then look to see if any fuel is on the spark plug?
  21. hi i live near chequers in bucks Aylesbury. i have a site. but iam the only allowed to fly at the moment. but once you've passed your solo flight and had a few flights. summer time you can have a flight where iam .iam not a novice. and check out a video i did on u-tube time will tell.
