  1. Finally had one flying day yesterday. Checked the max. RPM => 8200 RPM.
  2. No sure about the max. rpm. will check when the weather gets better (at the moment it is raining cats and dogs). I never change my jets, flown between +35 and -15 (C) sealevel.
  3. Just for reference, I fly my 200 evo (no HF-kit, sealevel) with the following settings: Main Jet: 146 Idle:42 Needle pos: 2. I found the pwk carb very sensitive for float adjustment, however when adjusted correct it will operate super all-year around (I fly Aspen fuel).
  4. maybe a bit silly answer, but are they mounted the correct way around?
  5. I would have to disagree with the statement "single most unreliable engine"! Is it flawless, No, are there some specific issues (flash starter) Yes. However I fly one, and many friends do also with great performance and reliability. It comes down to, on time maintenance and some TLC.
  6. Nice video Scott. What's the length of your line connecting the followcam to the wing?
  7. Contact them directly and you will know for sure. http://www.vittorazi.com/en/contacts/
  8. Stunning. More then enough reason to visit Scotland again
  9. Skyflar is regarded as one of the best available right now. I fly using an Abrams 360, and get positieve comments from fellow pilots. 10. Thnx. for sharing. Thankfully you are ok. Take care.
  11. Looks somewhat overengineered........;)
  12. I started out on school equipment and halfway through bought a new wing and almost new motor (only 10 hrs).
  13. Absolutely love my 26 Spyder, however there is one thing I would like to have incorporated. That is a scale on the trimmer tabs. Now there are basically 3 equal (between left and right) settings, full in, full out and take-off/landing. All the intermediate positions are not marked. Looking at some youtube video's I see some other brands have a scale on the trimtabs. Anyone out there who marked there trimtabs by themselves?
  14. ask someone to make a video of your take-off and analyse this afterwards. Will help tremendously in understanding.
