Hey guys thought I'd sign up and say hello and ask the question that has been bugging me since I've been looking into starting my training. I've booked a taster day to try and get into this awesome sport and hopefully if I enjoy it which I think I will, I'll progress onto lessons. First of all. I've printed off all of the air rules and legislations but I can't for the life of me understand the air charts. I understand the air space classes but I don't understand where I can and can't fly. I don't understand where I can fly in my area ( Cleethorpes in Lincolsnhire) without drifting into a CTA or CTR ( humberside Airport is close to me! ). Everything else is slowly sinking in and I'm sure that after my training will be sunk solid. It's just this one thing I can't get to grips with and if anyone is willing to lend a few brain cells I'd be very appreciative. Thanks for reading this guys and I look forwards soooooo Much to be able to solo fly eventually and maybe meet some of you guys one day! Cheers guys! Tom.
