Since then it has flown less than 30hrs. Its been stored in a dry garage and brought out only once or twice a year when I have found the time to fly it. Last flown October last year. I took it out today, put some fuel in and it started after about 10 seconds of cranking and ran as sweet as the day it was made. I didn't even need to charge the battery. With the Dudek 34m reflex beginner's wing included it easily lifts my 105kg body and a full tank of fuel off the ground and will stay airborne for 3hrs. Only minor point to note is that the bottom of the frame was professionally repaired by Parajet about 5yrs ago after falling over whilst walking backwards. Thought it better to resurrect an old thread rather than start another. Is there anyone still flying in the Cardiff area? Has anyone ever used Pontycanna sports fields to fly from?
