Brand new Parajet Maverick Atom 80 manufactured this year in Samba Green, with Polini right handed throttle, 17 litre fuel tank, Large harness and Vittorazi Helix prop. I ordered this about a month prior to sustaining an injury which is going to rule me out of flying for some time and I don't want it just sat about doing nothing and would rather someone was getting the benefit of it. I don't have an actual photo of it because I haven't even collected it from the dealer I ordered it from and it is still unopened and sealed in the box. As you can see from the screen grab, the current price for this configuration from Parajet is £5778. I am asking for £5300.

I am inclined to do exactly that, it just makes it a bit of a nonsense to have four piston sizes to choose from and no dimensional criteria to aid in your selection.

I have a Polini Thor 100 which has nearly 200 hours on it and as part of the 200 hour servicing it is recommended to replace the piston and rings. I currently have an 'A' size piston and am trying to establish what the most suitable size to order for replacement is. I contacted Polini who suggested measuring the bore to find the best fit but have as yet been unable to supply me with dimensional info. I have access to bore micrometers at my workplace so that's not a problem but I need to know the recommended clearance and pistons sizes form A to D. Does anyone have this information or any suggestions.

I looked into getting a Skyecho 2, haven't done so yet but probably will at some point. One question I had after reading the manual was regarding the callsign which requires a 8 digit code which for a Paramotor not being a registered aircraft, there is no official callsign. After contacting the CAA they told me that although there is no requirement for a EC device to have a callsign, and the fact that the Skyecho won't function without one I should enter eight zeros or eight nines.

I'm in a similar position in having had a Synth 2 for a few years now and feel its it's time for a change. I only need a wing to be good at blatting around the countryside and not interested in acro. My 26 m Synth will do 32mph on max trim speed which I think is pretty good and I'm not sure that many other docile wings will achieve much more than that. I am looking for a wing which is capable of similar speed but more feedback.

The Walbro WG8 has been widely used on many other engines including the one I fly and I've never heard of any such problems with it before.

Is it for pressing the cage locking buttons when disassembling it.

I take it you can't carry out a temporary repair.
